Wellbeing and Psychological Support Service
Operational Framework of the Psychological Support Service at "Liberated School"
1. Complimentary Support for Learning and Development
The Psychological Support Service provides free assistance with matters related to adaptation, learning motivation, peer relationships, and overall educational progress.
When a request concerns learning or adjustment, we act collaboratively: the course curator, pastoral mentor, and psychologist collect insights, outline recommendations, and design an action plan for both the team and the family. The pastoral mentor oversees the implementation of this plan within the center.
2. Requests Beyond the Educational Process
If a concern relates to personal, emotional, or family matters that extend beyond the learning context, families may request additional consultations. These sessions are fee-based and may involve external specialists when necessary.
3. How to Request Support
– For education-related issues, you can schedule a meeting through your pastoral mentor, the administration, or directly via the digital platform.
– For non-educational requests, the Psychological Support Service will recommend suitable forms of assistance. Details about consultation fees are available below.
4. Family Support
We recognise that some situations require a holistic approach. Our priority is to support every child and family while remaining true to the mission and values of Liberated School.

Ethical Principles of the Psychological Support Service at Liberated School
Confidentiality
All information shared by children or parents is treated with strict confidentiality and is never disclosed outside the educational centre without consent, except in cases required by law (for example, when there is a risk to a child’s life or safety).
Respect for the Individual
We value the uniqueness of every member of our community, taking into account each person’s background, values, and family culture.
Non-judgmental Approach
Our psychologists focus on support and development, not judgment. We aim to create a space where everyone feels safe to express their feelings and be heard.
Professionalism
The centre’s psychologists engage in regular training and supervision, stay informed about current research and best practices, and maintain a high standard of professional ethics.
Child’s Best Interests First
Every decision and recommendation is made with the child’s wellbeing, adaptation, and balanced development as the top priority.
Neutrality and Independence
In any conflict situation, the psychologist remains neutral and impartial, focusing solely on the child’s emotional state and needs.
Ethical Collaboration with Parents
Our relationship with parents is based on mutual respect, transparency, and partnership. The psychologist is always open to explaining their methods and discussing possible forms of support.
We strive to create a safe and supportive environment in which every child feels accepted and heard — and every family knows they are not alone.
