A-level is a British qualification obtained by students upon completing school.
The A-level program is entirely in English, so we are ready to accept not only Russian-speaking students but also those who speak Armenian, English, and other languages.
The working language of the program is English.

Over the course of two years, A-level students typically study between three to five subjects. The number of subjects is chosen based on individual circumstances and the requirements of the educational institution they plan to attend after the 12th grade.

The choice of subjects depends on the student's interests and goals. Initially, we offer the following subjects*:

*The list of subjects will be expanded based on the applicants' requests.

At the Liberated School, we have a strong team, so we are almost fully staffed with A-level teachers. For example:

- Head Teacher of Chemistry: PhD holder with experience in international (IGCSE and IB) schools.
- English Teacher: Certified CELTA, DELTA instructor.
- Social Science Teacher (History, Sociology, Business): Graduated from HSE University's Master's program in "International Relations: European and Asian Studies."

Students take 3-5 exams for each subject.
Exams can be taken all at once in a single session at the end of the course, or students can follow a phased approach: at the end of the first year, they take the Cambridge International AS Level, and at the end of the second year, the Cambridge International A Level.

Students receive an international A-level certificate/diploma, which reflects their final exam grades. Upon completing the program and passing the final exams, graduates can be admitted to universities without entrance exams. A-level exam results are the primary basis for admission.

We study in the morning shift, six days a week. The schedule includes the core subjects chosen by the student and English language classes. We plan to allocate time for independent preparation for seminars, projects, and research tasks. One school day will be dedicated to extracurricular activities, where students can engage in social and volunteer projects to enrich their portfolios with non-academic activities for university applications.

We are launching a program based on the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES), which will allow students to obtain a Russian school certificate.

The mandatory subjects (Russian language and mathematics) will be studied in depth. Other subjects will be taught at a basic level, providing an understanding of the core concepts and phenomena of each discipline.

The exam format will depend on the orders/regulations issued by the Ministry of Education, Rosobrnadzor, and the Department of Education. In the 2023/24 academic year, the final assessment for students outside of Russia will be conducted as an interim assessment, meaning that annual grades will be recorded in the certificate.

A Certificate of Secondary General Education. This is a standard state-issued certificate awarded in Russian schools upon completion of the 11th grade.
